How to Request a Dataset for Research

- Free-text fields and scanned medical records are not included.
- For scanned IPD charts, please contact the Medical Records Department, 6th Floor, Upakarn Vajakit Building.
๐ Prerequisites
Before requesting data for research, please ensure you have the following:
- Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval.
- Research proposal that has been approved.
- An approval letter from the ECC Department to do research in the hospital setting.
These documents are mandatory for processing your research data request and ensuring compliance.
1. Dataset Request (Self-Service)
Access the "Dataset Request" portal via the sidebar. 1. Apply filters: Specify year, clinic, and/or disease to find relevant datasets. 2. Select data: Choose the precise tables and fields required for your research. Remember to request only the minimum data necessary.

2. Data Acquire Consult (Assisted)
If you can't find the specific data you need through the self-service portal, our team can help. Request a Data Acquire Consult to explore utilizing our Research Data Warehouse (beta version) with the assistance of our staff. We'll work with you to define and acquire the necessary data for your research project.
